Privacy Policy

Zorable is a Roblox Studio plugin and a website that lets you build your game by talking to it. This page says what we keep about you, why we keep it, who else sees it, and how to make us delete it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

What we store

  • Your account. When you sign in with an email link (or with Google or Discord, where those are offered) we keep the account id, your name, your email address and your avatar as the provider sends them. We do not receive or store your password. Sign-in is handled by Supabase Auth.
  • Your chats. Every message you send, every reply, and the pictures you attach are stored so you can come back to a chat later. The plan the assistant follows for a longer build is stored with it.
  • What is in your place. While your Studio is connected, the plugin reads the names, classes and layout of the objects in your place and the contents of scripts it is asked to read or write. That is sent to the model so it can work on your game. It is kept only in the chat it belonged to.
  • Generated pictures. Pictures made with the Preview Generator are stored in your account until you delete them.
  • Credits and plan. A record of each message and picture you spend a credit on, and which plan you are on.
  • Payment details, but not by us. If you subscribe to Pro, Stripe holds your card and billing address. We keep Stripe's ids for your customer and subscription, and nothing else about your card.

What we never ask for

We never ask for your Roblox password, a Roblox API key, or your Open Cloud key, and the plugin never reads them. The plugin cannot see anything outside the place you have open, and it stops reading and editing the moment you press Disconnect or close Studio.

Who else sees your data

  • Model providers. Your messages, the pictures you attach and the relevant parts of your place are sent to the AI model that answers you, through OpenRouter. They are used to produce the reply and are not used by us to train anything.
  • Supabase hosts the database, the file storage and sign-in.
  • Stripe processes payments and sends us the result.
  • Roblox is queried for Creator Store search results and thumbnails when the assistant looks for a model to place. Nothing about you is sent with that search.

We do not sell your data and we do not show advertising.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in for thirty days. It contains your account id and name, signed so it cannot be altered. There are no tracking or advertising cookies. Supabase sets a short-lived cookie during sign-in that is removed once you are in.

Deleting your data

You can delete any chat or picture from the app. Deleting your account, from Settings, removes your account, your chats, your pictures, your credit history and your Studio link at once. If you have a Pro subscription, cancel it first or it will keep billing the card Stripe holds. Stripe keeps its own records of past payments as the law requires.

Children

Zorable is for people aged 13 and over. If you believe a younger child has made an account, write to us and we will remove it.
